Membership Co-ordinator
- Responsible for maintaining a single official membership list. The job consists of collecting dues, verifying member information, and providing the executive and competitions committee with a current list of members and contact info. Individual tasks include:
- Design and revision of membership forms
- Reminders of membership deadlines
- Collection and collation of forms and dues
- Accounting of dues, and delivery to the Treasurer
- Acknowledgement of new members and verification of their contact info
- Immediate reports of new members to the Secretary with contact info for the mailing list
- Maintenance of the membership list
- Regular reports to exec and Competitions with list updates
Digital COmpetitions Co-ordinator
Responsible for organizing and running spring and fall inclub. Also maintains a list of judges used in past competitions and any issues with same, and completes a presentation from inclubs which lead to the awards presented within the club (photographer of the year etc).

- work with other volunteers to produce the results nights
DataBase Leader
- Determines the standings of club members based on inclub scores
- Maintains & updates the data base of scores and standings in a timely manner
- Ensures that results are managed
- Works with competition coordinator to produce the Year End Results and Awards Recognition
